What is your training philosophy?
For my training in bodybuilding and life
style I use the same training philosophy that I learned thru all my
years training Karate. I live by the karate code and principles and I
apply them to my training and my life every day. I believe in self sacrifice in order to be
the best I can be in spite of the worst situations that one can face. I
believe in rectitude, discipline and persistence. I believe that mind
body and spirit needs to be one in order to become a stable individual
and with a clear mind work on achieving our goals in life.
"Obstacles are what you see when
you lose sight of your goal."
What is your diet like?
I keep a lean diet year around during my off-season with one cheat meal
per week. For proteins I eat Fish, Salmon, Steak, chicken and powdered
protein. On the other hand my carbs sources are Rice, Oatmeal, Wheat
pasta, Fruits, Veggies, low fat popcorn, potatoes, and Honey. Finally
for fats I eat
Fish Oil,
Peanut butter, avocado and Extra virgin Olive Oil.
I eat a total of 5-6 meals per day and I put
most of my carbs around my workout to have the energy to workout hard
and push myself to the limit at every training session. Nutrition is the
difference between achieving your goals or not. |
