Future Goals:
Continue to improve and learn from the great and generous people at the
OCB and to share that knowledge with anyone who cares to listen.
Also, to do all I can to promote natural bodybuilding and bring it the
recognition it deserves. Finally, I'm anxious to see what kind
of gains can be made when you reach 40 and
over.
Frank's Tips:
Never stop learning. Never stop asking questions but don't ever think
you can use everyone's advice. You'll go crazy. Depend on the
science as it's improving every day. Train
like your life depends on it. Don't make
excuses. You'll get out of this sport what you put into it.
And finally, be prepared to spend some money. Bottom line...if
you're going to do this right it will cost you
in food, supplements, travel, etc., but the
expense will be worth it.
